- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That I specifically started this company to be more fair than any others around. I will charge the same rate for whatever chosen service 24/7 365 days a year, while others charge outrageous rates for nights, weekends, or Holidays.You always get the same rate from me and never have any surprises in an already terrible emergency plumbing situation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To explain our process and rates so the customer knows exactly what we are coming to service and what all that entails and how much it will cost them as well so they aren't in shock after reading a bill and know exactly what they are getting into before buying.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked for a few highly recommended plumbers while I was apprenticing, and now I feel I'm ready to start offering people my personal great service for the best prices around!
