Kaphar Roofing and Construction led by the dynamic leadership of Charles enabled our repair project (roof, shed, fence, garage doors, and mason work) to be completed in an expert fashion with top notch craftsmanship. Their attention to detail and willingness to go "extra mile" is a great testament to their consummate professional and dedication, Outstanding work and than you for a job well done!
Part of my driveway sank and Javier broke all the old cement out and repaired it done an excellent job and left everything very tidy
They were quick to come out and give me an estimate. The price was fair and the work was done to my satisfaction I would definitely use them again.
Steve and his crew do great work for me! They mow, edge and weed eat on a weekly basis. Their prices are lower than most providers I called, but their quality is great. Steve has even surprised me by doing little extras like spraying for grass in sidewalk cracks on occasion for no extra charge. He even put my trash bins away one time when I left them out! He is friendly, easy to work with and reliable. I highly recommend Steve and his crew!
Work is excellent. Steve is knowledgeable. I needed someone to advise me on the problems I had and Steve did that. I felt his fee was very reasonable.
Steve and crew built a concrete driveway addition for a truck loading terminal at our manufacturing facility in Oklahoma City. The initial estimate was fair and the final job cost did not deviate from the estimate. The completed job was excellent and is what you would expect from a professional with Steve's experience. Crew was on time and worked hard to complete the job as scheduled. Steve was onsite overseeing all of the work and was extremely easy to work with. Both the concrete and dirt work is top notch. We look forward to having Smith's Remodel & Construction, LLC come back for future expansion and/or remodel projects.
one of the outstanding concrete contractor having in depth knowledge of poring concrete slab of any size. Have complete command of handling side walk and driveways, residential and commercial.
Decorative beams on the front of the house we rotted and needed replacing. One was "semi"structural" in that it held up the porch roof. Jeff was very professional and did a great job. The beam look better than the originals!
The owner, Ben Morris, quoted us a start-to-finish job at a fair price. No surprises!! Our old driveway was an eyesore and now our house looks great! The guys who did the job were courteous and left the area clean and tidy. We plan to call Morris Concrete when expand our patio this spring.
Driveway. No complaints! Easy to work with!
Friendly & thorough - Chuck was works quickly and clean & taught us how to take better care of our fireplace & home energy while he worked.
Richey Construction did a large project for me in April 2016 that included: Tile Outdoor lighting and landscaping Inground sprinkler system Driveway Custom designed cedar fence The work was very high quality. Josh was very friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He and his team made sure the project was completed to my satisfaction, and it was clear they take pride in their work. They provided useful help and feedback throughout the project and were able to turn my ideas into something that looks very nice. If you'd like to see pictures or stop by to see his work, feel free to e-mail me at email@example.com.
Alex, the owner was referred through the nextdoor.com website. I requested referrals and he was one of them recommended. After researching his website and other locations on the Internet he was contacted for an estimate. I was impressed that the owner/operator answered the phone and was quick to respond to provide an estimate. We only had a general idea of what we wanted and knew the grade of the land would provide some challenges. Alex was able to answer every question, provide suggestions as to what they could do and took all the necessary measurements. Within a few minutes he provided a written estimate that was approximately 1/2 of a landscape firm we had talked to previously. We established a tentative start date that had to be moved back because of other construction being done on the property. A fence was being replaced and should have been installed before the drainage and pavement. Alex worked hard to coordinate with the fence company so all work could be completed efficiently and professionally. Before we actually started work we discussed stamped vs stained concrete. His website had some beautiful pictures. Once we looked it all over we increased the project to the flagstone stamp colored to accent our house. We had them take out a small walkway garden and made it as wide as the front porch. Essentially this makes a nice sitting area in the front our house. The week his crews were working on my property was hectic, but orderly. All of the individuals on the crews were very polite and extremely hard workers. The heat was extreme, but the leads made sure breaks were taken and personnel were safe. As the work progressed and questions arose, either one of the crew could answer, or I could call Alex. He was always available. Alex was on property a lot of the time overseeing the work. Despite the extreme heat and issues by the fence company, the projects all went very smoothly. It was amazing to watch everything come together. We have fought mud battles on both sides our house since we moved in 13-years ago. The concrete sidewalks and patio are an awesome addition. The stamped area in front of the house evolved step by step, each one more exciting that the last. When cleaned up and finished, it was better than we could have imagined. Alex and his crew have transformed our home into an area that the neighbors slow to see the work. Numerous people have already seen his work and asked for his contact information, which I have gladly given. I strongly recommend Alex's Construction without any reservations.
I hired Kerry and his crew trim 2 dying oak trees in my back yard that were around 30-40ft. in height down to my requested 15ft. There were many obstacles including a brand new wood fence, power lines, and my house. LowCo Inc. not only did the job to my request but he was very professional and his crew was very clean and was able to bring down those overhanging branches without causing any type of damage. The work was excellent and I would recommend his team to anyone in need of work. Not only was the work great but it was also very affordable. I had 3 previous estimates and Kerry came in significantly lower than those other 3. I will be using his services in the future. Thank you LowCo.
I had George come back and replace a side door to our garage. Had to get it done as we've sold the house and that was one thing that needed to be replaced.. George did a great job! I would recommend him to anyone that has a project that needs to be done. This is the second time I've used George/GME Renovations and I'm passing his information to our real estate agent.
Jacob was very professional and business oriented when it came to mowing and cleaning up my lawn. His mowing was excellent and his precision was outstanding. I would recommend his work to anyone who needs landscape work done on their property.
Russell and his crew were great, showed up on time and made quick work of my driveway replacement.
We needed an approach for a driveway off a main city street in Oklahoma City. Lawrence was always on time and very helpful with the process. We needed an 18" diameter tinhorn and he took care of getting that and all the permits and inspections. Very kind and honest. The best price we found in OKC! We have some more work in the future and will definitely be using Prismas Empire Construction again. I would highly recommend them to anyone for all your driveway needs. I can't thank then enough for the quality and efficiency that they worked.
Did baseboards and casing for me, very happy with the experience. Showed up on time, provided very competitive quote and followed through. Plan to give him more of my business in the future!
Hired June of 2016 to pour about 9 cu. yds. of concrete with sand fill and wire mesh as a 3rd parking space and driveway extension, also to patch an old cracked section of previous driveway. All Around Concrete did a great job. They worked quickly, getting it all set up in less than three days from when I hired them, and completed the work in one day's time (plus about an hour of cleaning the next morning). Overall very satisfied.
Dave has provided numerous services for me, including electrical and plumbing repairs, painting, installing ceiling fans, repairing and painting my pool deck, sealing my driveway to protect it from damage, and hanging Christmas lights. He helped me to do all of the tasks needed to get a home ready to put on the market. Being a widow, I don't know what I would do without Dave's expertise and guidance.
After getting rust stains on my driveway from a fertilizer product And attempting to remove the stains myself with multiple rust stain Removal products with no success, I contacted Brad Kennedy of Kennedy Restorstions. He was very professional and came by promptly to give me a very reasonable quote. Brad was very good about keeping in contact with me and very flexible with scheduling a time to get my driveway and walkway rust stains removed. Well, I just got my driveway done by Kennedy restoration and I can say I am very pleased with the results. I highly recommend Kennedy restorations. Brad was great.
Valley & his crew poured a 300' X 10' foot long concrete driveway with approach and added a 3'X60' extension to an existing patio.
My brother John and I took over the family business in 2002, after our mother suffered from a stroke. John has been on the job since 1999. While I basically grew up on the job site, I was never afraid to learn and ask questions about how things were done. So, I was blessed to be around highly skilled tradesmen who were more than willing to train me in their respective trades. I have a lot of respect for the people who have taught me over the years, and I try to honor them by performing my jobs with a high-quality craftsmanship, and integrity. Our company has started as a painting contracting firm, and it has since evolved into much more. We are now a painting and remodeling firm that can assist you with the design process. With not only our experience, but also we have a great network of subs, architects, and designers. We use high-quality materials, and we have a large amount of pride in our work. We want all of our projects to last and to satisfy the client's needs. We look at our responsibility a little different from most construction firms, in that we want to do what is best for the client, their project, and the environment. Our clients are often impressed with our work and our attention to detail. In fact, a few years back, we were hired to paint a house in Guthrie. This house was close to a hundred years old and had needed to be repainted ten years sooner. I mean this thing looked like a mangy dog (it was peeling so bad). We pressure washed, scraped and sanded, primed and painted the house like we always do in these cases. When we were finished, we received calls from people wanting our services, which is cool; that is what you want. The thing is, many of these people thought we had sided the house with vinyl siding; the job looked so good. But to me, the greatest part was the owner's response; he said that he was truly impressed. Because he said that he hired us to paint his house, and it felt as though we had given him a new house. That is the kind of response I hope to have on each and every job.
