- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to ask them where they are in the wedding planning process (is venue chosen, is style or colors chosen, etc) and then from there, I guide them through a specific questionnaire where I get to know them deeper so that I can create tailor-made media that they will be thrilled with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Internships, traditional schooling, and 7 years of hands-on experience in the field.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All types! Luxury+economy.
