I purchased a new kitchen sink. I had to have my old sink removed and the new one installed. Ryan arrived promptly and did an EXCELLENT removal and installation job. My husband and I are very pleased, and we will definitely keep Benjamin Franklin in mind for any future plumbing needs.

Gave them a good rating for their work, knowledge and professionalism, but was taken a back when they first tried to sell me something else before they actually started the work I wanted them to do. I’m assuming it’s the company SOP, but would rather not waste time on something else to sell me, but to actually get started on the original job.
