- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always want to stand out and make a great first impression! We like to walk the job site with the customer, answer any questions and provide references. Then we like to sit down and go over pricing, which is always competitive. We can't emphasize enough the qaulity of our work and materials used.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
One of the most recent projects we did was build a custom sunroom. The customer had an existing covered patio that he wanted to turn into a sunroom for his wife to be able to paint in with lots of natural light. The project took over a month from start to finish. We initially met and went over what the customer was wanting, had plans drawn up by a professional, got final approval from the customer, ordered materials and completed the build. After we built the sunroom, we enclosed the gable with wood siding and four more custom windows. We trimmed out the entire inside of the room with wood panels and trim. We had a LE heat and air unit installed to keep the room climate controlled. Finally, we finished out the job with a professional paint job. We have a few pictures of it on our profile.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Definitely do your research! Make sure to ask to see any licenses, insurance, and references. Any legitimate business will have all of the above.
