When I walked into Gold's Gym I was introduced to Chris and we walked around and talked about my goals and what I wanted to accomplish and why. At first I was a little scared to open up to him about my weight but he only told me what was true. Very out spoken person and if you want the truth he will tell you but in a nice way. We worked out 4-5 days a week put me on a very strict meal plan and some of it was things that I disliked but I knew in order for me to see results I knew I had to suck it up. Within 2 weeks I saw a difference and lost 12 lbs which was surprising. At times while working out I thought he was hard but he was only helping me reach my goal and I always went back for more training. He has been my trainer off and on for a year and I've lost a total of 100 lbs as of today and I have more energy than ever!!!! Not only has he been my personal trainer, he is also someone that I've grown to love as a friend and brother. So if you want to lose weight, have more energy, reach your goal Chris Kennerly is the one to call on!!!

Chris is the best trainer you could ask for. He was my Trainer at Golds Gym Quail Springs. Chris initially took the time to get to know me, my goals, my needs, and physical shortcomings that impeded my ability to perform certain exercises. He then built a complete plan around all these items, and showed me how to properly execute it to obtain my goals. He was always excited, motivating, and in a great mood. Chris went above and beyond what was required to make sure I understood everything and did it properly as to not get hurt while obtaining my goals. He changed up the workout from week to week, so it was always different, and never monotonous.

Super energetic, hits all the group's, you leave feeling like you did all you can do. Even if your legs have stopped working from the workout! Great trainer and goes above and beyond for everyone.
