- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have almost 20 yrs of education and training in the culinary field. I worked in a southern style cuisine kitchen for 12 yrs, and I was also the Saucier cook for the Cheesecake factory and I am servsafe certified. .. I'm currently employed in hospital in Midtown okc started I working their in 2012 to current. I menu plan, prep and cook exclusively for 30 residents and 100 physicians five days a week. My doctors have always told me that I should start my own catering business and this business only extends my passion for cooking and pleasing people.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for cooking started when I was 5 years old. When I was a little girl and I went to my grandmother's house on school breaks my grandmother would let me go in her kitchen go through her recipe books and cook whatever I wanted and that's where it all started and I loved doing it ever since.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
The type of customers I have typically dealt with are lots of medical professionals Ive cooked for regional president of SSM health care Joe Hodges and president of St. Anthony's Midtown Okc Tammy Powell .
