Saul and wife completed my interior paint, and it is very sloppy. Then he claimed to know how to install laminate floors. My house in Stillwater, OK is a complete mess. Did not finish the job and did a DIY job. Very bad is an understatement. My house went into escrow and the buyer pulled out after looking at Saul's work. Save your monies this couple is a highway robbery, very poor quality of work. Every realtor in Stillwater, OK has seen his poor quality of work. Stay away, this guy is a scam artist. Tell you what you what to hear and just pull a fast one with 50% deposit down

I sent pictures of my home and the floor plan. I received a quote the next day and he started the next weekend. Showed up late, took 2 hour lunches and left before the job was finished. I paid him half of what he quoted and he said he would be out the following Monday. Monday turned to Friday, Friday turned to Saturday, I cancelled because of rain and he said that he would be out the following Monday at 9:00am. At 12:00 he had not shown up yet. I texted him and told him not to bother. He then proceeds to blame me, saying that I did not tell him to paint the gutter and downspouts (which were shown in the pictures). He also said that the soffits were not part of the "trim" and that was not included in the quote either. When I told him that they were in the picture, his comment was "so was the grass and driveway" I told him that if he stopped messaging me, We would just go our separate ways and I would not leave a review, but he couldn't leave it at that and continued sending me messages, and threatened me saying he could also leave a review of me. This was my first and last time to hire someone off of Thumbtack!
