- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the clients experience in fitness determines what program we will get started on. If the client has trouble with diet but can stick to exercise relatively well, we will focus on nutrition. Its hard to generalize the process because everyone is unique and deserves to be treated as an individual.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been involved in fitness for 9 years. I have done boxing, mixed martial arts, powerlifting, and competed in natural body building shows. I am currently an ACE certified personal trainer with the credentials to prove it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have a passion for helping people. I couldn't think of a better opportunity to do so, since I have extensive knowledge in the field of fitness and weight loss.
