- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $49 per hour flat, no service call fee, and for calls under 20 miles in the okc metro area. Calls Over 20 miles there is and additional $1 per mile
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will come to your location on the first visit and diagnose the problem and discuss repair options. Then i will usually bill you for the diagnostic visit, parts and repair labor via PayPal, credit card, or cash. The parts will arrive within 2 business days. Once they arrive i will return and complete the repair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified electronic technician from Francis Tuttle and Oklahoma City Community College
