Introduction: If you are looking for Reliable, Trustworthy, Personable and Experienced cleaners for your home, Dirt Busters are the cleaners you have been looking for! We have 4 years of experience cleaning homes and business'. We do high and low dusting, dust furniture, shelves and also your prized possessions, scrub and sanitize the kitchen and bathrooms; which includes outside of cabinets, counters, appliances, bathtubs/showers, sinks, toilets, kitchen table, chairs and mirrors. We sweep, mop and vacuum the floors, pickup, put away and organize items lying around the house. We can also organize cabinets, closets, playrooms, storage rooms and pantries if needed. We can bring our own supplies (we use green products upon request). If you want us to use your supplies instead of ours that is fine. Please call if you would like the phone numbers to my references. Wow! Who shows up to a house cleaning job without the tools needed to clean??? No vacuum and just one ineffective cleaning solution. All of the tasks performed had to be redone, not just some. ALL TASKS! Only 1 of 4 ceiling fans were "cleaned". All of the windows cleaned without glass cleaner were streaked and looked better before they were "cleaned". Both the stainless fridge & microwave were covered in large swirling streaks and stains from the cheap crappy cleaner that was used on the appliances. Perhaps they should use a cleaner designed for stainless appliances. Glass top stove was also attempted to be cleaned with the ineffective cleaner which needed to be cleaned with the correct cleaner. The right tool for the job, so to speak. The ad and quote for the work to be done included TWO people, one of which spent a significant amount of time going to the store to buy supplies they should have brought with them. They also spent approximately 30 minutes using a BROOM to sweep a carpeted bedroom. They are experts at wasting time and making excuses for substandard work... Wood floors not cleaned, kitchen counters not cleaned, bathroom shower not cleaned, bed sheets not changed!!! The response was they ran out of time. This is no doubt because they showed up to the job unprepared and without the tools required for the job. This job was to deep clean my house and their only success was to do the absolute minimum amount of work and to make excuses for substandard work while using inappropriate tools to reach in to our pocket and collect a few dollars. The fact that one of the two presented themselves as a military officer is appalling. The complete lack of attention to even the most obvious details was shameful. In short theses guys SUCK! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!!

We at Dirtbusters do not dismiss the experience of our customers and do not wish to do so at this time but what we are willing to due is offer some feedback so that you can ensure that you will not have the same experience. When you initially answer the questions that Thumbtack provides it is imperative that you list exactly what you want in your cleaning. What this looks like is rather than saying you do not have any special instructions go ahead and feel free to state what specific things you need done. This also looks like stating that you would like your windows and refrigerators cleaned in the questions instead of giving a no in the space provided for that item as well as stating what specific equipment you needed to complete the job for you. Also Ms. Virginia the service providers came to your home and they specifically asked you about the level of deep cleaning that you wanted at that time. Dirtbusters offers various levels of cleaning because every one of our clients are different and they all deserve service that is distinct to their needs so in the future please take full advantage of the initial consultation. In regards to the time Ms. Virginia, the service providers knew the time that was allotted but were told by you, moments after the initial conversation, that you would like for us to clean every nicotine ridden wall in your home from ceiling to baseboard due the smoking practices in your home. Again, the Dirtbusters were happy to accommodate your request even though that information was not relayed in your Thumbtack profile nor your initial conversation. The lack of clarity and the customization of your package on site changed the plan for the optimal cleaning experience that was previously planned for you. Lastly Ms. Virginia Dirtbusters prides itself on the ability to honor our veterans with jobs when no one is willing to hire them after many deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan in honor of our country. It would be best if you refrained from attacking the veterans on our staff and stay focused on the experience as it relates to ensuring your home is cleaned with quality in mind. They did great! I was complaining all day and repeating myself and rantin and ravin. Her and her partner did really well with that and were so nice about it. I was annoying. Recommended!! Will repeat business!

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    We have started to do FLAT RATE PRICING and with the economy and frugal living nowadays we find it easier for most people. Be advised we don't offer bargain basement just fair pricing as per the market value of our service. Oven and Refrigerators may cost a little more depending on size. Some situations do require hourly rates but we can work within your budget. Please note we don't cut corners we just clean them.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    It makes us happy knowing the person or family enjoys coming home to a clean home.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    - Regular/Maintenance cleanings cover the more important parts of a house (you decide which those are). Most people want 4-5 hours (though some houses can take longer than that) twice a month, but some prefer a slightly longer cleaning once per month. In a few cases (low dust, low dirt, or a smaller space with fewer belongings to clean), 4-5 hours once per month is sufficient. - "Catch-up" infrequent cleanings (in preparation for guests, a new owner, or just to clean more deeply than a home owner typically does himself/herself) that cover the majority of a house and tend to fill about a day, sometimes more than one day. The frequency for these customers ranges from once a year to a few times a year.
