They would often cancel last minute and there is inconsistency in the quality of cleaning. Some times everything is great and as expected while other times it seemed like they missed large items like bathroom floors and shower. This last time, they canceled last minute and we rescheduled for a few days later. At that point, they didn't show and ghosted me.
