- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Serene Standard Cleaning, our pricing is customized based on the size of the home, condition of the property, and the type of cleaning requested. We offer Standard, Deep, Move-In/Move-Out, and Recurring Cleaning services. Recurring clients receive preferred pricing, and we occasionally offer promotions for new customers. We believe in transparent pricing with no hidden fees. Additional services such as inside oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, or excessive pet hair removal may require an additional charge and will always be discussed before service begins.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with a brief consultation where we discuss your cleaning needs, home size, and service expectations. We then provide a customized quote and schedule a convenient appointment. On the day of service, we arrive fully equipped with professional cleaning supplies and perform a detailed cleaning tailored to your needs. After the cleaning, we follow up to ensure complete satisfaction and discuss recurring service options if desired. Our goal is to provide a stress-free experience from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have hands-on professional experience providing residential cleaning services throughout the Oklahoma City Metro area. Through operating Serene Standard Cleaning, I have developed expertise in deep cleaning, maintenance cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, and property turnover services. I continually research industry best practices, effective cleaning methods, and safe product usage to ensure every client receives consistent, high-quality results. Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism are the foundation of my business.
