The cleaning was so bad the I messaged the head person I sent pictures of blinds halfway cleaned and so many other pics of a job done poorly. They kept my credit card number without my permission. They were going to send a different cleaner to do what was not done or completed correctly. I did not feel comfortable having another employee from their company again that I hired a different pro The new company came out the next day and did a great job.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We will need the approximate square footage and number of bedrooms/bathrooms at the property to estimate cost for deep cleans or move-outs. We charge a 20% deposit up front and then we charge the remaining amount once you are satisfied with the clean.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule our jobs and process payments through an app called Housecall Pro, which also allows you to communicate directly with our team and get updates on the progress of your clean.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our cleaners are extremely experienced and passionate about the work they do.
