Everything was fine. I did have to break up big clods of dirt to get the lawn smoothed out. But, it may not be part of your service.

Details: Residential • Sprinkler head is broken • No water to one area of sprinkler heads

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. He was professional, punctual, and extremely knowledgeable from start to finish. He quickly diagnosed the issues with my sprinkler system, explained everything clearly, and made the necessary repairs without trying to upsell anything I didn’t need.

The quality of his work was outstanding, and he made sure the entire system was working perfectly before leaving. It’s hard to find someone who takes this much pride in their work and genuinely cares about doing the job right.

If you’re looking for someone honest, reliable, and skilled for sprinkler or irrigation work, I highly recommend him. I’ll definitely be using his services again in the future.

Alan was great! The issue was pretty dire so his responsiveness to the inquiry was a welcome relief. He was prompt and worked quickly. He was kind enough to offer alternatives for a lower-cost, short-term fix to get us passed the leak as well as a long-term fix that was slightly more costly but something we could work into a future budget. Very helpful!

Details: Residential • Water runs continuously

Alan was great to work with. Was prompt with reaching out after my initial inquiry for tree removal after the bad wind storm.Throughout the process Alan was great with keeping in communication of when things were going to happen. Service was done quickly and professionally, will be using them again for any future work.

Wonderful experience working with A&A Koi Ponds & Landscaping. We needed to have a tree cut back from our home; Alan was able to get it taken care of for us. He was very professional and easy to work with.
