Ruben will not return any of my phone calls.
Ruben installed sod in my front yard. He was to remove dirt, level it, install sod, and add dirt to my neighbor's side to make the entire yard even. They did not remove enough dirt. The sod is not level horizontally. They did not remove all of the old Bermuda grass, and it is now growing through the new Bermuda. It appears to be two different varieties of Bermuda, but I don't know as he won't return my calls. They didn't remove any dirt or grass from in front of the brick edging on the flower bed. They just plopped the sod on top of it. The grass now hides the brick edging. I called Ruben & he said he would go by and look at it. I told him the neighbor's side needed more soil on it, also. I never heard from him again. I called him numerous times, and he would not return my calls. I should have checked his work more thoroughly before I paid him. I trusted him. He could have easily fixed this, but he wouldn't even talk to me about it. I cannot recommend him to anyone because he won't return phone calls if there is any problem. I am so disappointed.
