The work was completed in the evening where neither of us could see the work. In the morning I noticed it wasn't exactly what was paid for. However, he was responsive about our concerns and made it right with no question. Character is everything. Thanks for your help.

Responded quickly to my request and was able to come take care of my yard the next day. Side note: does the mulch approach instead of grass take away; perhaps ask for bag and take away if this is what you want. He is extremely kind and respectful, loved working with him, have scheduled continuous service!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am reasonable and welling to work with my costumers. If I have discounts or fees, they will be notified as soon as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would want to make sure we are on a full agreement on what they expect from me while I do their yard. I would make sure we are clear on pricing and what days to start working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have not been to school or had any training, but I have grown up helping my grandpa with yard work. I also worked for people who’ve owned their own company.
