I was searching for someone to take care of my mowing needs. For the past two years, I had a large mowing company, that hires subcontractors to mow. I was tired of them Not showing up , when they were suppose to. They did shoddy work and after requesting improvements, it never changed !!!Im thankful I found Eric. He is polite, showed up when he said he would, and did a great job!! I’m so glad I finally have a reliable person, who I can speak to directly, not some corporate answering service! I am reasonable and welling to work with my costumers. If I have discounts or fees, they will be notified as soon as possible.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would want to make sure we are on a full agreement on what they expect from me while I do their yard. I would make sure we are clear on pricing and what days to start working.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have not been to school or had any training, but I have grown up helping my grandpa with yard work. I also worked for people who’ve owned their own company.
