FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My coaching is sliding-scale, starting at $0 for those truly in need, because I believe everyone deserves access to support. Most clients pay between $40–$100 per session, but we’ll talk about what’s realistic for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a short conversation—no pressure, no forms—to see what’s going on and what kind of support you’re looking for. From there, we’ll decide together what feels most helpful: one session to get unstuck or a few weeks to build momentum. Everything is collaborative, trauma-informed, and judgment-free. You set the pace.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's in Economics from the University of Oregon, and am expecting my Bachelor of Social Work at East Central University in May. I also hold certifications as a Positive Discipline Parent Educator and Batterer's Intervention Program Facilitator. My background includes over 10 years of experience supporting individuals and families with DHS involvement, probation and parole, parenting challenges, and major life transitions. I bring a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective to every session.
