Hired on Thumbtack
Charles and his team were very unprofessional. They first were supposed to arrive at 10:30. They seemed to have multiple delays and did not arrive till 11:45am. Despite me saying I was on a time constraint, they did not care. They also in the price included, said they would provide boxes, and tape and supplies. Upon arrival, no supplies were provided. They blamed it on Uhaul which makes no sense. On top of that, they promised they would have a dresser assembled and would get in contact on Saturday to come Saturday morning. They did not show up to complete that. And finally during the move, they damaged a table of mine while unloading. If you need a moving company, DO NOT HIRE THEM. They are a new company it seems and it shows. Rude, unprofessional and will be telling friends and family to NEVER USE THEIR COMPANY!!!
