Highly recommended. I had been in contact with Brandon prior to moving. I attempted to use U-Haul moving services. The two that showed up from U-Haul were everything less than pleasant and I asked them to leave. I contacted Brandon in a last minute panic on a Friday at 3:30pm. He and his team member were at the location within the hour and moved us in in just a little over an hour. They were fast, respectful, fun, careful, professional and simply top notch. No need to look elsewhere, hire them.

The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the workers were quick and had a game plan. I can’t be upset with them because of poor scheduling. I just feel the manager/owner needs to be more vigilant about people’s time. I had an appointment at 11 AM. The night before, he texted me saying another customer added more items to their move. Okay, no problem. The estimated time then became 12 PM. Noon came, but by 1:25 they still weren’t there. I called the manager — no answer — then he texted back saying they were just unloading and would arrive in an hour to an hour and a half, and might stop to get lunch since they had been working since 8:30. I replied that I had been up since 6:30 and needed an accurate time, since my slot kept getting pushed back. He then gave the workers my number. They called me and said another 30 minutes — by then it was around 2:30–3:00. I assume they stopped for lunch and supplies, because they called again later saying they were finally on their way, which was another 30 minutes. By the time they got to my house, it was 4:00 PM. The day was basically over. If I wanted a late-day slot, I would have scheduled one. That being said, the two workers did a good job. They worked efficiently, went up and down the stairs, disassembled and reassembled my furniture, and took care of my things. I tipped them $25 each, which I felt was fair considering the extra effort with the stairs and they were funny lol. All I am saying is time management matters, no matter what another customer brings upon us.

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Bustin Moving. They were very fast and efficient, but they also took great care of my stuff. It was a fantastic value. Easiest moving experience I’ve ever had.
