They were AMAZING. I ended up having to reschedule multiple times as things changed, and the last reschedule was literally the day before, and they were so accommodating! They guys showed up on time, and they did a fantastic job. They were clearly professionals and packed that truck like Tetris masters. They communicated well if they had any questions and treated my belongings with as much care as they would their own. They wrapped my dresser so I didn't even have to unpack that, and they took down my king bed frame and put it back together at the new place. They were especially careful with fragile items, like my TV, which 8 really appreciated. This was my first time paying for moving help, and I couldn't be more pleased with the job they did, and the price we paid. 2 men for 3 hours was about $350, and I rented and drove a uhual for about $60. I really like the place we moved to, but if I ever move again, I know exactly who I'll be calling.

I'd never previously gone online to hire anyone for anything - had always used personal recommendations- so hiring unknown movers to move our entire house-FULL was intimidating. I relied on the posted reviews, and am happy to say that these guys lived up to every single good word! Can't say enough good about them! The pre-move office communications were efficient and clear. The movers arrived on time and ready to work on moving day. They worked HARD, and didn't stop until finished, exactly as promised, even though the amount of items turned out to be more than estimated. Our furniture was well padded and wrapped to prevent damage. Everything arrived in perfect condition. We really feel that the cost-value couldn't be better. They live up to the name - Smiley! How refreshing to find people who take their jobs seriously, professionally, AND with positive attitudes. We liked them so much that we hired them again two weeks later to move my mother's furniture, boxes, etc. We will DEFINITELY hire them again - and refer them to everyone we can! Do not hesitate to hire them to move anything. It took away so much of the stress of that day!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straightforward and clear. Two men two hours minimum $250. Each additional hour is $50 per man hour. We can provide as big of a crew as you need to get the job done faster.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We send an email to the customer to verify that we have all job details correct. Also, we want our customers to understand our services offered, terms of service, and clear pricing. (Also available on our website)
What types of customers have you worked with?
We have completed over 2,000 contracts. Typically 1 to 4 bedroom homes or apartments. We have also moved commercial businesses up to 36,000 ft.²
