Jack responded to me very quickly after I submitted an inquiry. When we spoke on the phone he was very polite and patient with me. Gave me an exact time that they could arrive, and the day of the move they actually offered to start early if I was ready, which I really appreciated. The sooner the better when it comes to moving, right? UGH. Anyway, they started right away after confirming which items I needed moved, and stayed on task until they were done. Jack and his associate were both polite and professional.
