Nicky's Cruise showed promptly and moved the entire storage. Drove 30 minutes, unloaded it into my apartment and was done in 2 hours total. Very excellent moving experience.

I appreciate Niki and her team and would use their services again! They were able to relocate a bunch of large items for me and move the heaviest filing cabinet I’ve ever seen in my entire life. They were on time and finished the job quickly even though it’s so hot outside, they both worked really hard!

Nikki and her movers were great to work with. They are the first movers that I have ever worked with who showed up on time with a truck and all necessary moving equipment needed. Nikki was very responsive to my texts and calls and you can beat her rates.

My place was a wreck, and I was very overwhelmed before my move to another country. I talked to Niki, who was so kind and accommodating! She sent Jessi to help me out, and it was so worth it! Jessi was incredible, kind, respectful and so fun to work with. Moreover, she was efficient, and we got my entire 2 story apartment done in 2 1/2 hours. The whole process was easy and took a huge weight off my shoulders. I would GREATLY recommend for anyone that needs help with purging or organizing.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the project at hand. If we are coming to haul off for you, we have a few options. if you have a large haul off we will charge a flat rate, if you have a couple items needing removal we will charge per unit as we want to stay fair in our pricing for haul offs as they very. If you are needing us to move you, we charge an hourly rate and have a 2 hour minimum. I will provide cost breakdown for projects that need it. We accept cash, venmo and PayPal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I, Niki, will be reaching out to see if we are a good fit for your needs. If we are the best fit for your goals then we can move forward in scheduling and pricing out the job. I will gather all of the detail to make sure we fully meet your needs. I will always send confirmation before showing up.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My business partner and I have lots of on the job training for all sorts of moving jobs as well as haul off jobs. We have a great strategy in place that works everytime!
