- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system in place, although depending on the situation we will create special or discounted rate to try to accommodate the budget of our customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we would start by finding out exactly what our customer needs, so we can fulfill those needs. After gathering all of the information, we provide the new customer with a rough estimate as to the cost to complete the service. We also provide FREE in-house estimates for solid fixed quotes.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
