- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My Process is a follows: 1. Introductions - I will introduce myself to the client and begin to make inquires of what type of document needs to be notarized and go over the identification verification process. 2. Scheduling - The appointment is then scheduled. I always make a follow up call to verify, the day before I arrive. 3. Conclusion - Once I arrive to the appointment I ensure that the identification is verified and we complete the notarial act(s).
