It’s so nice having everything categorized and picked up!! And a system that is easy to tweak as we go along! This has been life changing for us! Pretty Neat was a dream come true. YES it is totally worth the expense to hire a professional organizer! We couldn’t see the floor in our home. I was so overwhelmed and didn’t know how or where to begin. The whole process caused me anxiety. Pretty Neat came to the rescue. They really know what they are doing & worked quickly. They didn’t push me to get rid of anything I wasn’t ready to let go of. They gave sage advice & were very encouraging. They offered NO judgement. I did need a few supplies to accomplish our monumental task. With their guidance I purchased the supplies & Pretty Neat assembled & delivered all supplies needed at no extra charge. This included assembling shelving, & (storage) furniture. They also hauled off all my donations at no extra charge. And brought me the donation receipt. I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism & service. I was only going to do 2 rooms maybe 3. After the first room I decided to have them do the entire house. They are that good. THANK YOU Pretty Neat for giving us our home back!! And implementing systems that will allow us to keep it livable & lovable. Thank you!

I am so glad that I hired pretty neat to organize my home. I hired them to do my kitchen my closet and bedroom and office and garage. Audra and Jamie do an awesome job and I feel like a whole load has been lifted from me and my house feels airy again! It was totally worth every penny that Ive spent to get things in an order that makes sense. I would highly recommend Pretty Neat for your organizing job! They even went through stacks of paperwork that I had and organized them for me! Highly Recommend!!!

Worth every penny. The clutter caused stress which made me shut down and not want to clean which caused more stress because everything was out of place which made more clutter pile up and so on. A couple hours with Audra and I feel like a different person. Having a clean, organized space to live and work is just about the most important part of productivity and I don't know that I could have ever gotten done what Audra did in just part of an afternoon. Not to mention she's so sweet and fun to work with. Hire away.

It was a great experience working with Audra and her team at Pretty Neat. We had to move in a week and were pretty overwhelmed with all the items we needed to manage or discard. Audra and her team were not only patient and helpful in identifying those items, they also helped in taking those items and donating or discarding them on our behalf. Their professional service alleviated a great amount of concern we had (especially with the time crunch we were facing) and was very well worth it. Highly recommend this team if you need help with de-cluttering and cutting down on your moving items (which in turn saves a lot in shipping cost!)

    I have all inclusive packages to meet your needs from little to big!

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Once I am contacted by a potential client, there will be a phone consult as well as a home consult. This makes sure we are a good fit for your needs. Then recommendations are made and we will proceed to schedule accordingly.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have a Masters in physical therapy with more than a decade of experience with work in patients' homes. I also have work experience as an organizer. My experiences help me serve others and transform their homes to functional and organized spaces.
