- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to include all of the necessary details in my bids so that all fees are known in advance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a new customer begins with a a question and answer session to make sure that I am fully aware of all of the details. That is followed by any documents and information that needs to be given to me being delivered to me so that I can go to work. Each engagement will differ from this point on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an MBA in Accounting, 15 years of experience working with payroll and tax software, IRS Annual Filing Season Program record of completion, and QuickBooks Online ProAdvisor training.
