- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing depends on the type of service, timeline, and level of coordination involved. I aim to keep pricing transparent and fair, and I’m always happy to discuss options so we can find an approach that works best for the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what the client needs and what outcome they want. After that, we discuss timelines, priorities, and any details that might affect the project. Once everything is clear, I create a plan and handle the logistics so the client can focus on what matters most. I stay in communication throughout the process to make sure everything runs smoothly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience as a licensed esthetician and salon business owner, holding professional licenses in Oklahoma, Colorado, and California. Running my own business required managing scheduling, marketing, customer service, and daily operations while maintaining a high standard of client care. I have also worked as a brand ambassador for several companies, where I gained experience in marketing, networking, and representing brands professionally at events and within communities. In addition, I’ve completed coursework in business and marketing, which strengthened my skills in organization, communication, and client service. These experiences have given me a strong foundation in coordination, problem-solving, and attention to detail—skills I now bring to administrative support, event planning, organization, and lifestyle concierge services.
