Introduction: I am a personal fitness coach. I specialize in powerlifting, speed, endurance, strength and recovery. I also provide weighted vest, 40 lbs - 20 lbs and other weighted wearing to assist. I cover ankle, wrist and so on! I want to push my clients to fulfill their goals or standards and willing to be the right motivational speaker in all obstacles and form a strong mind-set with complete positive teamwork in advice, side by side and never alone, knowing to keep pushing. I'm all here to be the voice and attention, to know we are going to make it to where none look back but only gain walking the path. I have a great, positive attitude. I do not to judge or change how you function but assist and improve you mentally and physically for where your fitness takes you.
