The cat sitter we hired could not come to the interview, so the "boss" came instead to relay the information. When we came home, nothing was done the way we asked, the kitties had not been medicated, there was poop all over the floor because the box was not changed as required to keep them using it. There was old food left in the plates, and the place smelled really bad. We want to get our key back from the agency, but lost the information to contact them. I think the sitter would have done fine if she had actually come to the interview, but the "boss" should have done the job, since she knew what to do. We had kitties with special needs at the time, they have passed since then. It's been at least a year since they came.
