- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Get every bit of information possible 2. See the event space if possible 3. Sign contract and get deposit 4. Send a sample of the photo strip 5. Show up early to setup on the day of 6. Have a BLAST! This is my side business. I have a full-time job that keeps me busy 7am-4pm, so if I don't answer right away, give me about 30 minutes and I should get back to you!

Weddings, festivals, shop local shows, birthday parties, corporate parties
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
1. Exactly how long you want us at the event 2. What is your theme? 3. What's the earliest we can be there to setup? 4. What colors are you using at your event? 5. Will there be other vendors that we will have to work around when getting our camper situated? 6. Is there a close electrical outlet? 7. Are you ready to have fun?? :)
