- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Be transparent about what you want. If there is something you are unhappy with, let them know. Your event is your special day! Don't wait for it to be over to say something.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically will take a retainer before we starting "building" your event. Once the retainer is paid, we will get to know you and your event! The event is fully built and customized 1-2 weeks before the event takes place.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
We first got into the Photo Booth business for our own wedding. We were unable to get in touch with the first few professionals we reached out to or they were extremely expensive. Being that we are very live, fun people, we decided to jump into the business for ourselves.
