License Type: Plumbing Contractor (OK)

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We work all over the OKC Metro area....as far north as Guthrie and south to Norman. As far west as Mustang/Yukon/Piedmont and east to Choctaw/Harrah/Newalla. We do not charge additional trip charges, travel time, or service call fees/diagnostic fees. Many companies do, but not us, we go "Everywhere You Need Us!". Some companies will charge you a "by the foot" fee for sewer and drain cleaning. But we do not. We charge a flat rate for this service.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I get along very well with the city inspectors, in each city. Especially OKC Chief plumbing inspector Bill Jackson who I've known for 22 years now. He hosts a continuing education course every month. I have been in his class 3 times in the last 6 years. Plumbing codes are always changing, and I like to stay current with the changes.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

My father, and 2 of his brothers were plumbers. I have 3 brothers, and a brother inlaw who "all 5" of us are plumbers too....
