We would definitely rent from Elevate Properties again. Ricky has been a pleasure to work with and is always available! Properties are well maintained! Front and back yards are sprayed and fertilized on a regular schedule! They have been amazing at expediting maintenance requests which isnt seen much these days! We also love the ability to pay rent and request maintenance all on the AppFolio portal which is available 24/7!

The Elevate Team is FANTASTIC! They handled a situation for us when a freeze caused damage to our property. We did not have to meet or deal with anything except the insurance company, and they assisted with them as well. If you want stress free management, they are the company for you.
