- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have Quick- App. financing for your project! Some applicants approved in seconds! We also accept checks, cash or paypal. Most of our work is through Insurance Advocacy Work in Claims Processing. We're always finding ways to lower, and in some cases, eliminate out-of-pocket expenses for our customers!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We Inspect the Property at no cost, Provide a Presentation of the process, Meet with Your Insurance Claims Representative as Your Professional Advocate and follow up with negotiating on your behalf with the Claims Department. Explain Manufacturers Warranties and offer Good, Better and Best options where applicable. Install the best option for your property, following State Code guidelines and Manufacturer recommendations. Collect Payment ONLY after work is complete.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
31 years experience in the roofing and construction business. I hold multiple accolades including; Allstate Claims Adjuster Certification by Pilot, Owens Corning Preferred Contractor Status, Certainteed Shingle Master, GAF Master Elite, Mule Hide NDL Commercial Roof Applicator, Lomanco Ventilation Certification and countless other educational classes provided by manufacturers.
