- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I know places I can buy materials and have discounts and I help the customers with the price and like saying buy paint or something else. Shingles.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I’d like to meet with them and see the project and offer them alternatives just as effective and not as really expensive as they may think they need it we know everything we buying even screws it’s money. Some time they just need repair so I’ll let them buy they materials and charge just the labor most of time people don’t have time so I have to get buy the materials and labor.
