Sprinkly started because our other business (lawn care services) saw a great need for better customer service in the Sprinkly repair industry in Oklahoma.
Our lawn care business is highly rated for customer service, so our customers were frustrated that the couldn't find a sprinkler company with the same level of service.
Being that we actually have a background in irrigation system design and troubleshooting, and over 20 years experience, we decided to open a Sprinkler service company.
Finally homeowners have a solid choice for great service.

We had a great experience with Sprinkly! They fixed issues with our sprinkler system, including broken pipes, so quickly, communicated with us through the process, and set up the system to run on the schedule. He also showed me how to winterize the system. They were professional, fast, and knowledgeable, and I will use them for any future sprinkler issues!

The company is great from start to finish. They told what they were going to do and kept me in the loop with what was going on. re-connecting the sprinkler system to the homes water has been completed up to the backflow valve. once water was turned on there was another leak but we ran out of time and I have to get my schedule in order to set up a time for them to return.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is $125, which includes the drive to your house and 30 minutes of labor for our crew on site. Sometimes the 30 minutes is enough time to get small repairs or needs done. In this case the only additional cost would be parts. But, if we anticipate it taking longer than 30 minutes, you'll always be given an estimate before any work begins!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will learn about your problem, take a look, develop a long-lasting solution for you. You'll approve the quote or let us know if you have questions. Then we can get to work for you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 20 years experience in commercial and residential irrigation systems.
