He arrived early and finished the job in a timely manner. I recommend him because of the quality of work he provided when pressure washing our back patio. It looks like we just moved into the house. He even cleaned off the BBQ pit so that we would be ready for the holidays. Please use his services!

I highly recommend this window washing company! They cleaned all of the windows in my home, both inside and out, as well as my screened-in patio, and the results were outstanding.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The pricing is determined by the window count, the difficulty of getting to the windows the amount of cleaning required to get the glass back to a maintainable state. There is also some price differences because of specialty glass, like storm windows, or French pane glass which has division grids that intersect the glass pane.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to find out the needs of the customer as well as the timeline and budget. If we can meet their needs and budget then we will look at the timeline and then get them scheduled.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My brother had a window cleaning company for a few years and needed help running it when he was going to school. I had just retired from the Army and he trained me and helped me to understand customer service and the business side as well.
