- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always meet new customers at their convenience whatever time or day of week that may be. Initially we'll walk around the project and discuss just what they want to achieve and how much is budgeted for the project. then we'll take all the necessary measurements and pictures needed to create an accurate estimate.look for any potential problems. Schedule a time to go over and explain the detailed estimate i'll be preparing. Go over estimate and answer any questions, make any adjustments, sign a contract and schedule a start date. Always available by phone or text.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
latest project is a kitchen remodel adding several custom cabinets,columns, including one on each side of the cooktop that features center of column that pulls out revealing spice racks, custom vent-a-hood enclosure, a wine rack, a pantry and center island. Countertops are solid surface with under mount sink, stainless steel double convection wall oven, stainless steel dishwasher, stainless steel three door fridge and built in stainless steel microwave. 12" x 18" tuscan floor tile and can lighting should finish up in 3-4 wks total time. look for pictures to show up here.
