- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the size of the property, service type, condition of the lawn or landscape, and how often service is needed. I provide clear quotes up front so there are no surprises. Recurring maintenance clients may receive better pricing than one-time jobs because consistent service allows for better scheduling and long-term results.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by learning what the customer needs, reviewing the property, and providing a clear quote. Once approved, I schedule the work and keep communication simple and professional. My goal is to make the process easy, show up reliably, and leave the property looking clean, maintained, and well cared for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My training comes from hands-on experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, and property cleanup work. I focus on proper mowing practices, clean edging and trimming, equipment maintenance, safe work habits, and consistent property presentation. I’m always improving my process so customers get reliable service and professional results.
