I had an A/C problem arise right when the temperature outside started rising into the upper 80 range. I have 3 young daughters and we were miserable. Derrick was 1) easy to get ahold of, 2) able to get me an appointment in a timely manner, and 3) he diagnosed AND fixed the problem efficiently and correctly the first time. It was not a simple fix, either. Im beyond thankful for him and his dedication to helping people. He was so kind and personable, and I will absolutely use them again if another problem arises! I will be recommending them to everyone. And I dont think Ive ever done a Google review in my 39 years on this Earth, so that should tell yall something!

Derrick with Summit Plumbing & HVAC did a phenomenal job servicing out hot water heater. It needed flushing and a new anode rod installed. Our job was easy to schedule, he communicated well with us before, during and after the job, and he was prompt and on time. We will contact him again for our plumbing and HVAC needs.
