I called 1 Tom Plumber because they were referred to me for an emergency gas leak we were having inside our house, and we needed an after hours plumber. Needless to say, we needed someone out ASAP. They showed up quickly, checked everything out, and thankfully confirmed that we didnt have a leak, but helped with the repair anyway. While they were there they offered to help me with our water filtration system that hadnt been working properly for the last few months. I was so thankful they were willing to help since they were already there. The techs names were Matthew and Michael, and they honestly had the best customer service. Super impressed A++

Matt did a phenomenal job, he went above and beyond, stayed till past 8pm was very professional and friendly great with my family and pets. Always welcome in our home. Fixed all problems and gave me an easy game plan for the future. 10start!

I would first like to thank Amanda of 1 Tom-Plumber for being patient with me and my familes situation over the weekend and helping us stay calm when our water was off and with kids in the house. Absolutely great professional.On Monday the technicians showed and displayed a great level of professionalism and a caring attitude. Matt and Mike calmly listened to my efforts to clear the lines over the weekend and different line systems that were being affected by a clog. With there trade experience they were able to listen to my symptoms and find the issue & fix it.Very great company and very great employees. Please call them anytime and they will respond. Reliable.
