- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We work all over the Tulsa Metro area....as far north as Catoosa, and south to Glenpool/Bixby. As far west as Sand Springs/Sapulpa and east to Coweta. We do not charge additional trip charges, travel time, or service call fees/diagnostic fees. Many companies do, but not us.... We go "Everywhere You Need Us!". Some companies will charge you a "by the foot" fee for sewer and drain cleaning. But we do not. We charge a flat rate for this service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I get along very well with the city inspectors, in each city. Especially Tulsa. I have to have "continuing education" classes, every 4 years, to stay up on Plumbing Code Changes and Updates. Plumbing codes are always changing, and I like to stay current with the changes.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My father, and 2 of his brothers were plumbers. I have 3 brothers, and a brother inlaw who "all 5" of us are plumbers too....
