A. Mini cooper update and programing, AUDI 105,000 Mile services With timing belts. Timing chains on BMW's, Valve bodies on Range Rovers, Vacuum leaks chasing lean codes on Jaguars. Engine blocks on land rovers, EBCM's and programing on Mercedes, for starters
Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?
A. 93% wiring and computers. So you need your electrical understanding down. The other 7% is nuts and bolts and that's only hard because of age and rust.
Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?
A. Experience is everything. You do not want a 20 year old working on your car. most of us here have 20 plus years experience.
Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?
A. One thing we need from our customers before we can diagnoses the problem is we need to know if there problem can be duplicated. how can we make that noise your hearing. Is it when you first start the car or after you have driven it awhile. up hill, down hill? or at a certain speed? This info is critical to us.

A. We love our customers, taking care of there needs and saving them money is great.
Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?
A. How Much? We will not know until proper diagnosis has been completed. Why? Cause any one that's giving you an answer is just guessing and we like to be correct in our pricing.
Q. How did you decide to get in your line of work?
A. Necessity. in 1992. I keep braking my 1st cars so I was told I had to fix them my self. I keep at it and finaly got in to the dealers and went to school. Keep at it till I opened the shop in 2005.
Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?
A. YES!!! We are constantly taking classes allover the nation for continued education. So is our software for that mater.
Q. What are the latest developments in your field? Are there any exciting things coming in the next few years or decade that will change your line of business?
A. 2 new Freons are coming out for the A/c systems in our vehicles. This is to phase out the 134a that we have been using since 1993. I expect to see and ever increase in electric car and see that as the way of the future.

A. 100.00 to Start and perform computer scan and perform an hour of Diagnosis in the effected area,/s. Every part is itemized, including fluids. All labor times are charged by Mitchel!'1's labor guide and charged by our labor rate. No repairs are performed with out approval.
Q. If you were advising someone who wanted to get into your profession, what would you suggest?
A. Do not go to OTC. Take courses at OSU tech locally there are other ones better out of state. Then Go for pacific brand masters certification. most of there are in Florida independently or you can always go the dealer rout.
