VAP Auto Shop is a full-service, family-owned and operated automotive repair facility located in Tulsa, OK. Serving our community since 2005, we provide the best in service for all makes and models. Our focus is on integrity and good service, resulting in satisfied customers. We offer honest advice and recommendations, so our customers have the ability to make informed decisions about the care of their vehicles.

At VAP Auto Shop, we know how important it is to maintain a safe and reliable vehicle. We provide our customers with honest automotive repairs and quality workmanship that is guaranteed. We hold the quality of our service and parts to the highest standards. All work is inspected and tested before a car is returned to a customer, and all parts and service have a 12-month or 12,000-mile warranty at no additional cost to the customer.

Our staff is highly trained and offers approximately 40 years of combined experience in the automotive field. All of our technicians have a background in both independent and dealership experience.

We value each of our customers and are dedicated to maintaining 100% customer satisfaction. Not only do customers confidently return to us for their automotive service and repair needs; they also refer their family and friends to us. Besides service with a smile, we have a free shuttle service available upon request and wi-fi in our waiting room.

Q. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

A. YES!!! We are constantly taking classes allover the nation for continued education. So is our software for that mater.

Q. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here.

A. 100.00 to Start and perform computer scan and perform an hour of Diagnosis in the effected area,/s. Every part is itemized, including fluids. All labor times are charged by Mitchel!'1's labor guide and charged by our labor rate. No repairs are performed with out approval.

Q. How did you get started doing this type of work?

A. Necessity. in 1992. I keep braking my 1st cars so I was told I had to fix them my self. I keep at it and finaly got in to the dealers and went to school. Keep at it till I opened the shop in 2005.

Q. What types of customers have you worked with?

A. Mini cooper update and programing, AUDI 105,000 Mile services With timing belts. Timing chains on BMW's, Valve bodies on Range Rovers, Vacuum leaks chasing lean codes on Jaguars. Engine blocks on land rovers, EBCM's and programing on Mercedes, for starters
