Thank you for the additional clarification that the $750 full home estimate is not relevant to this review, that you provided a range for a full bathroom remodel during the visit, and that you asked the client to contact you to confirm proceeding with a written estimate, which they did not do. Below is a professional, concise response to this new one-star review, using bullet points to clarify the misunderstanding, explain the interaction, and highlight your professionalism. The response removes any mention of the $750 fee, addresses the client’s failure to follow up, maintains a positive image for your business, and encourages private resolution to limit further negative public responses. — Response to Review: Dear Sarah, Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry for the misunderstanding that led to this review, and I’d like to clarify our interaction to ensure transparency: - Home Visit Discussion: During the visit, the individual present asked about a shower pan repair and the cost of a full bathroom remodel. I explained that our team is not available for standalone shower pan repairs for the next two months but can provide comprehensive bathroom remodeling services. I provided a general cost range for a full bathroom remodel based on the details discussed. - Request for Follow-Up: I asked for someone to contact me to confirm if you wished to proceed with a full bathroom remodel, so I could prepare a detailed written estimate tailored to your project. - No Confirmation Received: As I did not receive any follow-up to confirm this route, I assumed you were not interested in pursuing the full bathroom remodel and may have sought another provider for the shower pan repair. At RDA Remodeling , we are dedicated to clear communication, professional service, and delivering high-quality remodeling solutions. I’d be happy to provide a detailed estimate for a full bathroom remodel or discuss your project further to meet your needs. Please contact me directly to address any concerns or explore your options. Sincerely,
