- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Its best to give us a call and explain in detail the work to be performed. That way we can give the most accurate over the phone price as possible. For carpet cleaning and duct cleaning prices are very cut and dried. For carpet stretching, repairs, and installing prices can vary quite a bit. We will give you an exact price before we start the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once the customer decides to use our services, we prefer they give us a call to set a day and time to do the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are an IICRC certified firm. Our certifications include Carpet Cleaning, Water Damage Restoration, Fire and Smoke Damage Restoration, and Mold Remediation.
