Stephen was very professional and did the best job I have ever had done in cleaning my carpets. He uses several different steps which most companies don’t do. He was very conscientious about any stains he saw. He did my carpets, a wool rug and a chair and they all look new.

This was my first time to hire someone to clean a white area rug that was in my living room and experienced heavy traffic. There were obvious areas of the rug that were much more soiled than others (e.g. the area in front of the couch was dark while the area under the couch was like new). By the time Stephen was finished, the entire rug looked like new - I am very happy with the result and will definitely be calling Stephen next time I need something cleaned. Side note: The after picture looks a little darker because it was taken in the afternoon when the sun was no longer shining through my front window.

Stephen did an excellent job on our couch & loveseat. They'd suffered from "pet abuse" & they look brand new!! He also offered to clean our area rug for a very nominal amount. It looks terrific. We're very pleased & will definitely use Stephen again. Thank you!
