Honest, passionate, and answered my questions while assembling a new computer for me when I brought the parts. He found out it had a bad motherboard and didn't charge me. I'll be returning when I receive the replacement parts.

Todd is a great tech. He walks you through your the process of fixing your computer and make sure that you are on the same page. I like the fact that he takes his time with every client and is very honest and helpful. He is very patient and actually listens to the client to find out what the problem is and then gives you options.

Todd emailed me within an hour of my request on a Sunday. He was exceptionally friendly and clearly knowledgeable. He diagnosed my problem within hours- a corrupt hard drive. He offered to try and find out if my anti-virus software had a warranty for the virus that took out the hard drive. When I decided not to repair the computer, he offered to purchase it for parts. I agreed; he named a price but also said he would ask a friend with a shop if the friend would make me a better deal. The transaction ended with Todd agreeing to mail me a check for whatever he can get for the laptop. I will definitely call him the next time my computer has a problem!

The hard drive on my computer quit due to virus' and I found Todd on Thumbtack. He installed a larger hard drive, updated operating system and transferred files. He is very knowledgeable and did a great job fixing my computer. He is honest and fair with his pricing. Certainly was a great experience. Tom H
