- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For a standard 4" slab it is $6 per sq/ft. This will include take out and to pore new and finish.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Schedule a time that works best for the customer for their free estimate . Give them free estimate And upon accepting the bid, schedule a time to start project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked 7 years for my father, who is now retired from the concrete business. And have been on my own since 2005.
