Surface Pro did an excellent job. Carpets in home are older, but look as good as new, and smell nice too! Josh was on time and professional. Would highly recommend!

Williams Surface Pro LLC did an excellent job cleaning our carpets! We had multiple pet stains and lingering odors from dog urine, and they completely removed the stains and fully deodorized all the areas we asked them to clean. They were prompt, professional, and thorough. We’re very pleased with their work and will definitely call on them again the next time our carpets need cleaning. Highly recommend!

We had a rough start when they had to reschedule our first appt. But they were apologetic and professional. Got a pet stain out and very pleased with results so far. It took a full 24 hours to dry, and there was a bubblegum smell for a day. But now all is good. Very pleased. Would use them again.

We have an ongoing New Customer Discount of 10% off of entire first service over $150.
We offer a Veterans/Military or active responder discount of 10% off on any service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want you to feel as comfortable as possible. We don’t want to continuously call or contact you or make you feel uneasy or if we are hassling you for business. Whichever mode of contact that you would prefer is what we tend to use. We generally offer free quotes over the phone via text, social media or call. However we prefer face to face encounters in which we can give a more accurate quote. Once the process is completed we will schedule during your time of convenience and availability
